Need To Make A Return/Refund?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date. 

Return Eligibility Requirements

Please see below for our exchange policy.

  • Exchanges must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of purchase date.
  • If any item is any form of “sale item” then it is the final sale.
  • All returns will be refunded in the form of a gift card for store credit ONLY.

How To Make A Return

  • To request a prepaid return shipping label, please contact
    savvynailspaboutique@gmail.com with order number and items being returned. 
  • If packages are not returned to us within 10 business days after the return has been requested, there will be a restocking fee.
  • Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Monogrammed
  • Personalized
  • Lingerie 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Hosiery
  • Mystery Bags
  • Doorbusters
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
  • Items Marked Final Sale

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care at savvynailspaboutique@gmail.com within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

When Mailing In A Return

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee. 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct.

Missing Package? If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to confirm they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

Payments & Cancellations

NAIL & SPA CANCELLATION POLICY We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. We requested 24 hour notice for cancellation. We will charge a $20 fee per service to clients after they meet the 1-strike policy.

 

A NSF fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks. All fees must be paid within 30 days.
